Pre-oven to 400. Rub steaks with Cocoa Butt’Er seasoning and marinate for 20 minutes or longer. While you are waiting use a potato peeler and peel off the beet skin. Slice beets into quarters or eighths (for shorter cook time). Place beets on a foil pan and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Next season with It’s Greek To Me seasoning and add fresh thyme. Place in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes until soft. Make sure you flip in between.
Next, take your marinated steaks and place on a grill or grill pan. Cook for eight minutes on each side or until the pink is gone on the inside and outside. For the spinach, drizzle 1-2 tsp of olive oil to a frying pan and add spinach. Cook until the spinach has wilted down then sprinkle Anything with Wings Seasoning.
When the beets are done add orange zest and mix. When everything is done place on a plate and enjoy!
