This was a great rub. I used a 5oz poly bag for almost 6 pounds of ribs. The salt started the meat sweating, allowing the flavors to meld into the meat. I used the 3-2-1 method, adding only brown sugar and butter as I wrapped them in foil at 3 hours. The ribs barked up nicely at about 2.5 hours in @190. After wrapping I went to 250 for the remainder to 197F. The bones pulled cleanly, and the meat was extremely tender. Some rubs impart a real perfume odor and taste into the meat. This rub did not. It allowed the true meat flavor to shine through. The ancho chili provided the perfect sneak attack on my tongue. I would not hesitate to use this rub again for any pork product

Solid Steak Seasoning
Never heard of this company before, but won a bottle of the steak seasoning from a FB group I am in. Honestly, very solid seasoning. Did 3 ribeyes and 1 filet. The flavor was superb. My biggest worry is too much salt, just not a salt fan amd even though it listed as the first ingredient, the salt flavor did not overwhelm. The other flavors worked perfectly together and made some delicious steaks! Also when I received the steak seasoning, I got a sample packet of the Greek seasoning. Threw that on some chicken breasts and again, the flavor was great! If you are on the fence, give these seasoning a go, well worth it!
