This delicious bowl is surprisingly super easy to make. Seasoned with three different Flavor Seed seasonings. Zilch Nada None, Divine Bovine and Smoke 'Em If You Got 'Em seasonings. You can find all of these seasonings on our website. Link in bio.

1 large sweet potato
1 15 oz can of chickpeas
1 cup or one handful of broccoli florets
Zilch Nada None seasoning
Divine Bovine seasoning
Smok'em If You Got'em seasoning
2 handfuls of kale
Olive oil (enough to cover chickpeas, sweet potato, broccoli and kale)
1-2 spiraled or sliced beet root
1 cup shredded red cabbage
2 handfuls Broccoli sprouts
1 cup cooked grain of choice (we used quinoa)
Hemp seeds ( to your liking)
1/4 cup of Tahini
2-3 minced garlic cloves
3-4 drops of lemon juice
1/2 tsp of rosemary
Pre-heat oven to 400. Slice washed sweet potato in circles. Place them on a foiled pan, drizzle and rub them in olive oil. Season with Flavor Seeds Zilch Nada None. Place in oven for about 30 minutes flipping after 15.
Next, rinse and dry chickpeas. Place on foiled pan, drizzle olive oil. Season with Flavor Seed Smoke "Em If You Got 'Em. Cook for 25-30 minutes stirring in between, (watch these often in the oven). Placed cooked chickpeas in bowl.
Place broccoli florets on foiled a pan, drizzle olive oil, season with Flavor Seed Divine Bovine seasoning. Place in the oven for 20-30 minutes until roasted.
For the bowl, add kale (massaged with olive oil), shredded red cabbage, spiraled beet root, cooked grain and broccoli sprouts. For the tahini sauce, mix all ingredients. Add all hot ingredients in bowl, drizzle tahini sauce, sprinkle hemp seeds. Enjoy!
