Flavor Seed's Rock Yo Taco Broiled Avocado

This is a quick, healthy and delicious meal that takes little to no time and leaves you looking like a rockstar. 



  • Bring a small pot of water to a boil and season with salt. Add quinoa and cook for 13 minutes, drain and lay flat on a sheet tray to dry. 
  • Preheat broiler. 
  • Halve avocado, remove seed and scoop out flesh. Drizzle a sheet tray with olive oil and place avocado cut side down. 
  • Broil avocado for 2-3 minutes or as needed until slightly charred. Remove from oven and flip. 
  • Generously sprinkle Flavor Seed Rock Yo’ Taco seasoning on cut side of avocado and return to oven. Broil until slightly browned and crispy. 
  • To serve, add quinoa to a bowl or plate and top with avocado. Finish with a squeeze of lime and another drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
