Crispy Cast Iron Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken Thighs
  • Olive Oil
  • Anything With Wings seasoning

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F degrees
  2. Place chicken thighs in a cast iron skillet
  3. Lightly sprinkle them with Olive Oil. Enough to make the seasoning stick.
  4. Apply a light dusting of Anything With Wings to both sides of the chicken thighs. Make sure the skin is facing up once you’re done with it.
  5. Place cast iron skillet in the oven for roughly 2 hours.
  6. Check every 30-45 minutes and turn them to cover both sides with the juices. Skin side up, back in the oven.
  7. When the skin is golden brown and most of the juices are gone, they’re ready. Enjoy!
