I can't go off just one use of this product, so we'll be trying it again- but I CAN say we definitely like it. So for now I'll give it four stars. Organic, low-sodium, tastes fantastic, and there is ZERO filler or unpronounceable ingredients. We are very watchful regarding content. I would say the spice factor is mild to mild-medium, but there are two factors: first the individual's taste buds & heat tolerance, and secondly, how strong one may use the product. Some may use more, and some may use less. But I'm looking fwd to a second encounter. Slurp.
