What's inside
- Rock Yo' Taco – for the rim. New Mexico chile, ancho, paprika, cumin and sea salt. With a squeeze of lime, it's the chile rim a michelada is famous for.
- Tidewater – for the glass. Celery, coriander, paprika and mustard add that savory, Bloody-Mary-style depth.
The house michelada
- Run a lime wedge around a pint glass and dip the rim in Rock Yo' Taco.
- Add ice, the juice of 1 lime, 2 dashes Worcestershire, a dash of hot sauce, 2 oz tomato juice and ¼ tsp Tidewater.
- Top with a cold Mexican lager and stir gently.
