What's inside
- Tidewater – for the glass. Celery, coriander, paprika, mustard and a little cayenne, the classic Bloody Mary backbone.
- Divine Bovine – for the rim. Our coarse Montreal-style steak rub: garlic, cracked black pepper, caraway, dill and mustard seed. It looks great on the glass and tastes even better.
Our house Bloody Mary
- Blend about 2 quarts of tomato juice with 4 tablespoons Tidewater, a couple spoonfuls of creamy horseradish, a generous splash of Worcestershire and hot sauce to taste.
- Lightly wet the rim of each glass and dip it in Divine Bovine.
- Fill with ice, add vodka if you're using it, pour in the mix and garnish with a celery stalk.
